Create a category of crimes called Greed crimes. A crime shall be due designated as a Greed crime if it involves over $1 million dollars or over 1000 people being harmed.
Greed crimes should have triple the number of years of punishment.
The overall idea is to reduce the number of crimes that are involved in greed.
Since a category of hate crimes has been created I think a category of greed crimes is in order.
