Obtaining firearms is too effortless because of all the loopholes in the law and illegal gun dealers. Firearms should be contained in a single government operated building to hinder gun violence. The money for this building will be acquired by adding income tax brackets above the current top bracket. Additionally, people buying a firearm will need to purchase a gun safe for when they are not using it. Making this a law will make America a lot safer.
