Create a centralized public database of all Law Enforcement involved shootings in the United States.

Create and have signed into law a bill that establishes and sufficiently funds a national database that collects data on all Law Enforcement Officer/Agents involved shootings at the Federal, State, County, Parish and Municipal levels. The law shall be made in an effort to establish a central national database accessible to the public. With the participation in the database being required for any and all Law enforcement agencies ‘to be considered in any funding or free educational programing and/or equipment that fall under any Federal funding programs’
