We believe that non-custodial parents are often denied their rights and bullied by a prejudiced system. Custodial parents easily get child support enforced through CSEA (Fines, jail, license, etc.). Non-custodial parents with visitation court orders are offered little to no assistance, when the other parent is in contempt. It falls upon the non-custodial parent to come up with the funds to pay for an attorney and pay the filing fees, in order to find the other party in contempt and attempt to get help to see their children. Also, there are very few repercussions for violating a visitation court order. We believe there should be a Child Visitation Enforcement Agency to help good parents that are not seeing their children. It's in the best interest of children to have time with BOTH parent
