Law enforcement has become a large corporate global industry and the multi-jurisdictional aspect in our post 911 world gave them the ability to create law by implementation of variety of regulations. We the people: patients, doctors, and pharmacist's are authorized to make a pain management Bill of Rights, it becomes the law and any interference with a pain patient, their doctors, and/or their pharmacist becomes an actionable offense against the DOJ for accountability
DOJ works with pain patients and providers and has the responsibility and authority to develop an ID system for this exemption with existing technology. ID medications to patients to stop illegal distribution
