The people of each state could choose citizens from every state to find corruption ,deal with political affairs by having a watch group that makes sure corruption,scandal,ethical violations by our government is held fully accountable for their actions by loss of position, loss of pay/sanctions.it's a conflict of interest by not to have a a neutrally detached group deal with ethical violations.(Congress) the way we deal with scandals and ethical violations now is just breading corruption.we need a citizens group for "Internal affair issues" for our government.
