Create a Citizen Elected Organization to oversee all aspects of the Government - for the promotion of Integrity for All.

Establish a citizen elected organization, to oversee all aspects of Government, with constitutional authority and military protection. The intention is to review all past, current, and ongoing operations for breaches of integrity unnoticed or uncorrected. This organization may have the authority to work with any group, intelligence service, government agency, corporation, or political institution necessary for the purpose of preventing and addressing corruption and misuse, and promoting true Integrity, for the good of All. Amnesty may be granted with permission from the President of the United States of America for the release of classified information when and where appropriate and for the greater good of All.
