The White House should consider the actions necessary to create a citizen's lobbyist force to be chosen as necessary regarding local issues or perspectives. These could include small businesses or schools, for example.
These citizen lobbyists would number at least two times the current number of corporate lobbyists in the Federal Government, and would be chosen by their expertise in dealing with local issues of all kinds.
They could be volunteers, they might not always need to be on duty, but the goal is to bring policies to Congress from the people they represent. Any corporate lobbyists could not be citizen lobbyists while representing a major corporation.
In addition, steps would be taken to reduce corruption and bribery both by corporate lobbyists and citizen lobbyists.
