Create a "Citizens Oversight Committee" to have a final say in budgeting and legislative issues. "We the People".

"We the People" are being overridden on a daily basis as big government pushes for power and continues to defy our wishes. We need a randomly selected, rotating group comprised of a mix of Attorneys, CPA's, and other qualified and educated citizens to over-see Legislation and BUDGET issues. This mixed group Citizens Panel would have the final say in Government spending. Once the budget is released, it would go straight to the Citizens Committee to be reviewed. Budget would be the #1 task of this committee. Secondary to budgeting issues, this committee would be responsible for over-seeing legislation. This committee would have the power to Veto the presidents final approval, or to over-ride the presidents Veto...But would need to do so in a way that accurately represents "We the People"
