This petition is for those who are not criminals but face manipulated harassment by the NSA through violations of privacy acts and civil rights amendments 4,5th. We are free from assassination of character and discrimination. We should be allowed to receive immediate help from our local law enforcement, and state government when retaliations are against us when we are in need to defend ourselves against criminal accusations and hidden investigations that are harming us and our community rather then helping us in our communities. Our law enforcement on every level should not have to feel forced or intimidated to make such rash ignorant decisions when it comes to handling a person of interest or target in the USA.We should not have to live in fear,nor children.
