The Intent of this bill is to reimplement and federaly fund the minute man militiaI
Every volunting adult shall recive:
I. compensation for a Millitary grade Firearem and Amunition
II. or Recive funds to purchase a Millitary grade Firearem and Amunition
III. Recive anual training and certification.
The volunteering adult:
I. must be found mentally stable through screening.
II. pass a background check no vilent creminal history
III.Must be found competent to handle a firearme through
initial and simanual evaluation and testing.
Iv.Will be issued an Identification card.
By volunteering no pay is due. The volunteer would retain the status of civilain unless active taking part in combat or warfare.
The pourpouse of this bill is to stringthen national defence.
