We desire a Commision tasked with finding ways to improve the state of mental Health care in this country. This commission should also be charged with insuring that the civil rights of the mentally ill are upheld to the same level as those without mental illness.
Issues facing this commission should include retaining Psychiatrists in rural areas, and improving the standard of care for the mentally ill.
