Create a commission to enforce the laws for violations of the EEOC that discourage the abuse of the disabled.

I filed a complaint against my former employer for violations of the EEOC. After a 2 year investigation, a determination was made against my employer and I was given a right to sue letter. It has been 6 years since they violated my right to gainful employment. I interviewed on crutches and they were well versed as to the challenges I might face wearing a 2 1/2" heel on their casino floor. After 2 weeks of suffering in excruciating, I presented them with a letter from my doctor requesting an accommodation for a 1" heel. My request was denied and four weeks later, I was taken off the casino floor. My case is 4 weeks away from a trial in Federal Court. They were NOT fined and I am emotionally and financially bankrupt. There are no consequences for these corporate bullies. It must stop!
