Create a commission of experts to investigate ways to address the real roots of murder and save the Second Amendment.

I propose that we need professionals (meaning not politicians) in a variety of relevant key subject areas (economics, education, sociology, psychology, etc.) to examine the data available at the following link (https://www.dropbox.com/l/efwJFhEfrUzXfOwA) along with other economic and educational data to propose ways we can deal with the real problem that this data brings to light. The real problem is not "assault weapons" but young men killing other young men in their own communities in hugely disproportionate numbers to the rest of the population.
