Create a commission fund to build a memorial for Alexander Hamilton

Created by A.W. on September 28, 2015

Alexander Hamilton was one of the most influential founding fathers. He wrote 51 of the 85 essays of the Federalist Papers. He was Washington's second in command during the Revolutionary War. He was one of the biggest supporters of the constitution. He is the reason the Capitol is DC and not New York. Most importantly, he created one of the strongest financial systems ever. Not only was he an orphan, he was an immigrant. Alexander Hamilton is the very embodiment of the american dream. For these reasons and many more, we the people believe that the ten dollar founding father should be recognized just as much as Jefferson, and believe that the best way to do this is to build a memorial in New York to honor his legacy.
