Create a commission to reviw the actions of judges to make sure they are acting in an unbiased manner

There needs to be an independent commission to review rulings by judges. They no longer follow the law inb their rulings, but on personal feelings and , I am sure in some cases, monetary compensation. This country used to be a democracy because everyone had access to the courts, but now, if you do not have a lawyer, you have no rights in many states. We need to get enough people to join this petition to get this country back to what it was, instead of what it is now, which is controlled by the rich for the benefit of the rich.
