Knowing the great issues surrounding persons with Mental health problems, it is time the Federal government to dive into the matter full force. So many families are being torn apart by the lack of resources on many levels.
Our police officers need more training to deal with mentally unstable persons. More social workers are needed to be able to work closer in the settings where the challened live and work.
