The Medicare and Medicaid agencies are not useless, they're just wasteful. This petition pleads that the government addresses the frivolous spending of our money. Instead of downsizing the agency, cutting funding, or getting rid of it altogether, we ask that the government simply tries to maximize the efficiency of this program.
