Create a committee to investigate other countries educational systems, and develop a policy to revamp our current system

Our current educational system is outdated and not effective. There needs to be a total paradigm shift. We need to look at how the top educational countries ahead of us operate and develop up-to-date polices that truly reform our current system. We need a system that is more affordable, and better prepares our youth and society for the 21st century.
