I petition the Obama Administration to create a committee to review cases of trademark infringement in order to stop people from abusing the power of the Trademark, Just because someones piece of intellectual property shares the same word as another's IP it does not justify them to take legal action on order to "Protect" their own product. This is basically using the government to become a monopoly.
