To create comprehensive federal job program similar to the "new deal", in building nation-wide high-speed rails system between all major cities in America. The program also includes works on renovating and improving existing high-ways, roads, and bridges which are in need of repairs. The program will also make significant investments in high-tech research and development infrastructure such as ultra-speed fiber-optic and wireless communication systems, and etc. The programs will generate thousands of jobs in all areas and fields. They will also encourage many related small to large businesses and entrepreneurs which in turn create more private sector jobs.
