We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Create comprehensive, nationwide, standards, and training regarding systemic racism for all Law Enforcement Officers.

Created by K.M. on July 09, 2016

There are 18,000 precincts in the US. In my experience as a teacher, because we've done it as teachers, I know Law Enforcement Agencies can mobilize and create standards, with the support of professional training, to create a curriculum to help develop an understanding of institutional racism and develop the skills to combat those undercurrent feelings which may lean to manifestations of undeserved violence to the public they are sworn to protect and serve. The DPD is a stunning example of how communities and law enforcement can work together, with outreach, and transparency. They have been a model for collaboration and community. Let's learn how they did that! And let's not let one man derail our right to freedom. And to bear arms.
