Create a comprehensive plan to reform state districting to prevent gerrymandering.

Created by T.R. on December 15, 2012

The results of the 2012 congressional elections do not represent the will of the American public. Many in congress have managed to hold on to their seats through clever re-districting, marginalizing the apposing party's voters.

Gerrymandering undermines the political process and must be stopped for this country to move foreword under it's own will.
