Many states gerrymander their US House of Representative districts to manipulate the outcome of the vote. If a computer algorithm were to be made to draw district boundaries, then the population would be properly represented.
The algorithm would factor in: population density, natural borders such as rivers and mountains, political borders, agricultural borders, and economic borders.
