Create a conflict of interest law that applies to all people elected to office or working in the federal government.

Create a comprehensive law the defines and make illegal any employment or action that would be a conflict of interest. Anyone that is elected to Federal Office or employed by the Federal Government would not be able to take any employment that might influence or induce federal funding for a period of five years after leaving the Federal Government.
