Create the CONGRESSIONAL REFORM ACT OF 2011

Congressional Reform Act of 2011:
1. No Tenure/No Pension. Congressmen collect a salary while in office and none when they are out of office.
2. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security (SS) . All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the SS system immediately. All future funds go into SS & Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan.
3. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3% - no other way.
4. Congress loses their current health care system & participates in the same health system as the American people.
5. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on Americans.
6. All contracts with past & present Congressmen are void eff 1/1/12
