We the People Petition for a Congressional Reform Act as follows:
No Tenure /Pension. Congress collects salary while in office only.
Congress (past, present & future) participate in Social
Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement move to the Social Security system immediately. Future funds flow into the Social Security system.
Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, as all Americans.
Congress no longer vote themselves pay raises.
Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
Congress lose their current health care system;
participate in the same health care system as American people.
Congress equally abide by all laws they impose on the People.
All contracts with past/present Congress be voided. The People did not make this contract.
