Create a Congressional Reform Act to restructure the pay and benefits of members of the government.

All members of Congress and White House employees shall have their pay capped at $75,000 USD a year.
Congressional and White House employees shall be on the same vacation schedule as the US Military, in that they will earn 2.5 days of paid leave per pay period. Any extended absence of over three days away from work, shall be considered leave and days will be deducted accordingly.
Congressional and White House employees shall have the same retirement as the US Military. Fifty percent of the money currently used for Congressional Pensions shall be diverted to Social Security, while the other fifty percent shall be paid to reducing the federal deficit.
If for any reason a sitting member of congress refuses to cast a vote or filibuster a bill such member shall be barred from reelection.
