This site is called WE THE PEOPLE. but there is no national holiday for the Constitution where those words come from. The United States exists because of this singular document that we choose to live by. The Declaration of Independence announced what we wanted, but the Constitution gave us what we wanted.. No other nation has grown and prospered and made the rest of the world as safe as we under our Constitution. It is more than a guide to how we live, Even if we choose to amend it, we must act together. It is the Constitution that binds us all as a nation. It deserves national recognition.
President Obama has the Constitutional power to do so. No one can stand against him.It is not a partisan issue. It is national.There can be no naysayer.
