Create Constitution Protection Act

We the American People no longer feel to be safe from the very same government which we elect to govern our great nation. As a result we blame the tyrant government, for the lack of constitutional oversight throughout all 3 branches of the US Government. We need a law that would criminalize anyone suggesting or defending creation of any unconstitutional law. The law should also be usable to repeal and remove all existing laws found to be unconstitutional. By doing so this law will protect the American People from government abuse of governmental powers which are growing out of control. We demand that all individuals found to be violation to Constitution Protection Act to have all their assets confiscated and imprisoned for minimum of 35 years for tyranny against the American People!
