Allow Internet computer voting of one (1) vote per
citizen using a 256 bit encryption system and a
Federal Government ten (10) character password; not
containing any reference to a citizen's Social Security
number, issued by the Federal Office of Electronic
Voting.

Instant Email verification of Successful or Failed vote
with explanation; shall be returned to the sender. Both
Federal Voting Centers or home computer systems shall
be eligible for voting. Home computers offered as voting
centers may be made available by their owners without
any form of compensation.
