Currently we are at war with ourselves over clumsy sentence structure in the 2nd Amendment. We argue over the meanings and the original intent of this amendment. End this farce by creating a new amendment. Let the people, not the courts, decide what is a right and what is not a right.

End the argument as to whether or not the 2nd Amendment gives Americans unrestricted rights to own guns. End the disagreements over the nebulous meanings of the statements in the 2nd Amendment by defining the rights in clear and simple-to-understand language.
