Create a Constitutional Amendment for all Congressional Leaders. Everybody should pay taxes,including churches.

Without Constitutional Amendments for Congressmen,they end up creating cronyism with special interest groups and only end up helping them. By having Constitutional Amendments this will not allow them to continue working with their special interest groups and receiving "kick backs" from it.
