The Bible clearly states that no one should get divorced for any reason other than sexual immorality, (Matthew 5:32 ESV), (Matthew 19:6 ESV). One of the single greatest threats to traditional marriage in this country is divorce. Therefore, I propose creating a constitutional amendment banning divorce, except in the case of sexual immorality.
