create a Constitutional amendment to clearly define "right to bear arms".

The "Founding Father's" had certain intentions when the Constitution was originally drafted. Also, that was a different time with its own set of circumstances. Due to the changing times and technological advances we have a great problem that has risen up and that is what was the original intention of the 2nd Amendment and does that idea still hold true today. We need a more clearly definable base on which to create gun laws. We need a bipartisan plan to combat this issue. We wish to end the gun control arguments once and for all.
