create a Constitutional Amendment that enforces a 2 Term Limit on members of the House of Representatives and Senate.

This amendment would end career politicians. Representatives are currently trapped in a culture of political posturing and cronyism. If a term limit was enforced they would spend more time developing and researching legislation and little to no time campaigning.
