Create a Constitutional amendment explicitly establishing the separation of church and state.

The First Amendment provides for the freedom of religion, speech and press however it does not explicitly state there is a division between church and state. The government may not establish an official religion however that does not great an explicite division either. The Supreme Court has ruled that was the intention of the First Amendment but as the court can change so to can this ruling. This amendment should also include the freedom from religion. Many americans are being subjected to religion or religions not of their choosing by local governments unable to peruse recourse because the constitution does not provide a clear division between the two.
