Create a Constitutional Amendment to Get Money Out of Politics

Politicians today spend 50% of their day making money calls. They are using time to raise money which if given, has conditions attached. These conditions are usually in the form of legislation requests. Our politicians are elected by the people and should work for the people. Instead, our politicians are working for their donors. We the people need to request this Constitutional Amendment to stop our elected officials from working for their highest donors. The US Supreme Court ruled that Money = Speech, This should be abolished because this ruling will allow our politicians to raise and spend 6 Billion dollars in 2012 on campaigns. The Amendment should include language requiring politicians to actually work on issues like the deficit instead of wasting that time raising funds.
