Create a constitutional amendment to nationalize voting standards for equal access by all citizens

Give the federal government authority to regulate voter registration, access to voting outlets, early voting times/dates and creating a voting day holiday. Right now, voters are not equally represented by their government, as some are being prevented from voting. Federal standards and innovation in the way we vote can solve this problem.
