Create a Constitutional Amendment negating the right to own and bear arms unless during times of war on our soil.

Owning and bearing guns that kill other human beings in times of peace should not be a right. The statistics on suicide by guns, accidental deaths by guns, homicides by gun, and massacres of innocents by guns are staggering. It must stop! If you don't sign this petition and one of your family members' dies on US soil due to gunfire, and it is not in a time of war, then you will only have your own selfishness and ignorance to blame.
