Create a Constitutional Amendment outlining term limits for United States congressmen.

The United States Congress has consistently failed to pass legislation and come to agreements that benefit the American people. In order to cut down on gridlock congressmen should have a set number of terms that they can run. Politics is a sphere of influence that should be for the benefit of the people, not a career. The American people should be able to trust their representatives and senators to create legislation for their benefit, not to better themselves for reelection to the point where they don't have to bother with the will of their constituents.
