In effort to explicitly enforce our rights granted us by our forefathers, we demand that a constitutional amendment be created that explicitly outlaws and prohibits any branch of the government from seizing weapons of Law Abiding citizens. These rights shall remain protected, regardless should a weapons status change or become subject to any current weapons ban.
The amendment should furthermore guarantee that no laws shall be created that will interfere with or excessively tax any ammunition, parts, or equipment necessary for the use and enjoyment of said weaponry.
