Create a constitutional amendment stating that personal privacy of all citizens is paramount.

Created by H.H. on April 24, 2012

With the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA) fully underway to quickly become law, our individual privacy is severely at stake. This law would enable government to non-discriminately invade our personal freedoms. CISPA aims to allow corporations to spy on e-mail, text messages, filter content, and block websites and to access your Facebook and Twitter data and your cellphone contacts. The language in the bill is vague and gives the government sweeping control to access anyone's personal data.
For the sake of America retaining some semblance of our well-known "freedom", this bill CANNOT pass.
