Create a constitutional ammendment requiring all elected personnel to require a vote of the people to get a raise in pay

The people of the United States deserve to decide on the salary of their elected officials and to decide whether or not their elected officials warrant a raise in pay. That the current salary of every representative shall become void and each state shall determine the salary that it's respective representative shall receive. That all elected representatives should be required to participate in the same insurance and retirement programs available to the people they represent and that all funds in the current congressional retirement fund be transferred into the national social security system and the elected representatives must participate in the current mandated medicare system upon retirement. That congress and the senate shall make no law to which they are not fully bound.
