Create a Constitutional Police who's sole duty is to make sure no constitutional rights are violated.

We need to instill a type of agency which sole purpose is to ensure the rights of citizens are not violated. This protects citizens from police officers and keeps crimes against people low as possible. They should be a federal power to rule over code officers whos sole duty is to enforce laws. This will bring a balance back to enforcing nobody commits an illegal act, Officer and Citizen alike.
