Supreme Court have no checks and balances in making decisions. The people should have the power to overturn a bad decision. We need a constitutional amendment that gives the voters veto power over the decisions of the Supreme Court. In a special election, if two-thirds of the voters choose one of the dissenting opinions, that opinion would be upheld by the people as the law of the land.
