Design, develop, and create a national aquaduct system that transfers waters from severe flood areas to areas that are stricken by severe drought. By using solar and wind energy systems, pump stations and purification cistern stations can be powered to redirect waters from flood stricken areas to areas of severe drought. This can overcome droughts that are caused by anamolus periodic droughts that effect our agricultural infastruture. In short move too much water to areas where there is none. Boat loads of jobs, material sales, and where there is water there is life.
