Create a Corporation giving a share of Stock to every Adult whose purpose is to lobby government for economic efficiency

Ask government at all levels to create a corporation to lobby for economic efficiency. This is attained when each factor producing value for the whole public is paid its marginal contribution. This can include petition signers and voters down to the precinct level. Includes those who invent and implement beneficial processes. Hundreds of billions of dollars in value and savings could be created in the US in healthcare alone. We as a nation spend 4 times as much per person as Cuba and we have shorter life expectancy and higher infant mortality than Cubans, while their government provides health, hearing, dental and vision care. Cuba has 6.7 physicians per 1,000 people while the US has only 2.4. At the federal level, rational policy in money and employment would create trillions in value.
