Create a Council of Top Psychiatrists to establish Police and Armed Forces guidance on Psych Issue and Bias Indicators

This petition is created to ask the federal government and congress to aid the all police and armed forces to better serve american citizens by pulling together a council or meeting of the top public and private sector psychiatrists, for the purpose of assessing Psychiatric Issues and Bias indicators in both the police and armed forces, and providing a detailed guidelines on these indicators and course of action to be taken, with strict compliance and Zero Tolerance policies. Also, this petition is seeking an assessment of the feasibility of local elections used to fill city, county, and state police officer roles that require the carrying of a weapon and interaction with the public.
