We have a database of all sex offenders, why can't we have a database of all animal abusers? If we create this database, it will most likely cause abuse to decrease drastically since they will lose their job, their friends, and it would be very hard for them to get another job again. So please for the sake of every innocent animal that cries out every night to be free from their owners, and be heeled then put into the arms of a loving caretaker who will try to heal the emotional wounds on someone who can't ever defend themselves.
